To establish coordinated state chapters (including Abuja) that leverage Nigeria’s human and material resources to empower women and youths through leadership, skills development, and community-driven projects.

The Challenge

Despite the dedication of Nigerian women and youths to their careers, businesses, and communities, unemployment and lack of structured empowerment strategies hinder progress. WACIN bridges this gap by:

• Partnering with the private sector to scale impact.

• Prioritizing agro-projects, digital technology, and leadership training.

• Ensuring women and youths become self-reliant assets to their families and society.

State Chapter Structure

1. Leadership Team (Per State):

   • State National Coordinator (Passionate, impactful woman; may reside outside the state).

   • Deputy Coordinators (2) (Residents of the state with proven competence).

2. Community NGO Membership:

   • Local NGOs subscribe to WACIN and nominate:

     • Liaison Officer + Deputy Liaison Officer to align with state/national objectives.

3. Project Implementation:

   • Training: Data collection, fund pooling, and costed project proposals.

   • Execution: Community NGOs pool funds (from women/men/youths) and implement projects under WACIN/ACT Foundation supervision to ensure transparency and timely completion.
