We are an organisation transforming women, men, and youths into the best versions of themselves through Growth Mindset and Integrative Lifestyle practices.

We are raising responsible citizens, strong families, healthier communities, and a more impactful Nigeria.

WAG promotes personal development, leadership capacity, stress-coping skills, and conflict-resolution abilities, equipping individuals to become impactful leaders and active contributors to nation-building.

Through our empowerment programmes, we support vulnerable women and youths with skills in agro-cultivation, digital technology, advocacy, and chronic disease prevention, helping them become self-reliant and productive.

We are collaborating with Nigerian Institute of International Affairs , DI Africa and other NGOs to upscale women ,youth and community impact in Nigeria, upscale legal aid for abused women, men, and youths. To expand national impact, WAG has established the ₦10 Billion Women & Youth Impact Fund, driving a mega-collaboration of women, youth, and community-based NGOs for scalable transformation across Nigeria.

Our humanitarian work extends to providing food and shelter support for vulnerable women and youths, ensuring that no one is left behind. Through our bi-weekly Women Empowering Conversations, participants learn how to cope with life’s challenges, while the WAG Monthly Rendezvous offers a joyful space to relax, bond, dance, and destress.

WAG also champions the movement for Beautiful & Handsome Inside-Out Personality, fostering values, character, responsible citizenship, and leadership because a value-driven people will build a value-driven nation.
